Benefits of using Aquatherms

Image
An Aquatherm is a type of heating system that uses gas or oil to provide heat. Aquatherm systems are perfect ground-source energy systems. They are easy to install and can be placed inside or outside a building without any transitions. These hot water heat generators can heat water up to 140 ºC  within a few minutes of cold start. Thermax is a household name among reputed industrial heaters manufacturers . Their systems, products, and services are designed to increase efficiency, performance, and bottom lines of industries while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Their offering include three types of hot water boilers: Aquamatic, Aquatherm, and Thermocontainers. The Aquatherm Thermax provides the following specialities and benefits: • Three pass design ensures maximum thermal efficiency • Closed loop system- This is a closed loop heating system which uses water as a heating medium, making water treatment redundant. • Clean and safe operations-...

Uses of Photovoltaic Energy in the Agriculture Sector

Image
About 85-90% of our energy needs today are met using fossil fuels. Fossil fuels have a limited supply, driving a rise in fuel prices all over the world. Renewable energy sources are the solution to this energy and economy crisis. These energy sources are in focus today owing to the potential they hold to replace fossil fuels. Solar energy is a very valuable source of renewable energy along with being one of the most accessible ones. This energy source finds wide use in a number of industries including agriculture, and is a pollution-free source of energy. The use of solar energy will help meet the rising need for agriculture products that come from the increasing population. Solar energy can be used for a variety of agriculture activities such as irrigation, ventilation niches, keeping livestock, and drying products. Solar energy can be converted to electrical energy in two ways: 1)Using photovoltaic technology 2)Using solar capture heating systems Photovoltaic technolog...

How do Waste Heat Recovery Boilers Work?

Image
A waste heat recovery system recovers heat with sources with high energy potential such as hot flue gases or steam from cooling towers. These systems help to create new and ultra-efficient renewable energy. Heat recovery systems tap into energy that already exists thereby maximising available energy and reducing the collective impact on the environment, including the heat that is lost to the environment every day. Steel plants typically use this heat treatment process  to increase the production of the plant with lower fuel demand. Waste heat from the exhaust gas of different processes or heat that comes from the exhaust stream of a conditioning unit is also used to preheat gas. Without a green technology like heat recovery, in an office for instance air would circulate all around, become stale and then get replaced by cold air that is heated by the ventilation system. A waste heat recovery system doesn’t replace the need for a boiler or other heating equipment, it does in...
